Barcode Generator creates linear barcode SVG output for CODE39 and EAN-13 formats on one page. It is useful when preparing inventory labels, internal part numbers, packaging drafts, or scanner test data. The tool validates input according to the selected standard and automatically computes the EAN-13 check digit when you provide 12 digits. You can adjust module width and bar height to match print/readability constraints. This gives you deterministic, portable SVG barcodes without external services.

Assumptions

CODE39 supports uppercase letters, digits, space, and standard symbol set only.
EAN-13 accepts 12 digits (auto check digit) or 13 digits with valid check digit.
Final scan reliability depends on rendering size, print quality, and contrast.

Review note and limitations

Generated values may be unsuitable for security-sensitive tokens unless the tool explicitly documents cryptographic use.
Downstream systems may impose format, uniqueness, or length constraints.
