Formula or method

• Scope added is current scope minus initial scope, and scope creep percentage divides that added scope by initial scope.
• Current throughput is completed points divided by elapsed days.
• Required throughput is remaining scope divided by days left; pressure multiplier compares required throughput with current throughput when both are available.
